At Glendale Small Animal Hospital, a number of in-house diagnostic tools are available to help us further understand a patient’s condition. We have the ability to perform in-house:

• Blood analysis

• Heartworm testing

• Parvovirus testing

• FeLV/ FIV testing

• Ringworm testing

• Cytology

• Dental & full body x-rays

• Glucose spot checks

• Blood pressure checks. 

We offer ultrasonography and echocardiograms, which are performed by a board-certified ultrasonographer.

We do require scheduling of this service, please feel free to contact us with any questions.

Additional testing is available. These tests are submitted by the hospital to a laboratory. Some examples of such testing are:

• Fecal testing (Giardia, Coccidia, and intestinal parasites)

• Urinalysis and Culture

• Cushing Disease (Hyperadrenocorticism) 

• Addison Disease (Hypoadrenocorticism) 

• Hyper and Hypothyroidism 

• Biopsies
